Eleanor founded Meridian Advisory Group in 2012 following a seventeen-year career in management consulting and executive education. She holds a doctorate in Organisational Behaviour from the London School of Economics and has published research on leadership transitions and organisational resilience.
Her advisory practice focuses on board-level mentoring, senior leadership transitions, and strategic planning support. She works with a small number of clients at any one time and is known for the rigour and frankness of her engagement approach.
Eleanor is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, an accredited EMCC mentor, and a visiting fellow at a UK business school. She contributes regularly to practitioner and academic publications on leadership and strategy.

Jonathan brings twenty years of experience in strategy consulting and organisational development. He leads our work in the professional services and infrastructure sectors and has particular depth in strategic planning and governance review.

Priya leads our leadership programme work and brings a strong background in adult learning design, group facilitation, and coaching. She has designed and delivered programmes for organisations in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.

Marcus focuses on public sector and not-for-profit clients. His background spans senior operational roles in the NHS and local government, and he brings a practitioner's understanding of the particular challenges of public sector leadership.
We have made a deliberate choice to remain a compact practice. The advisers who meet clients and agree engagements are the same advisers who deliver the work — at every stage, throughout.
